We know the fires are eye catching, but we offer additional trainings in addition to fighting burns.
Our 40-hour training option covers the eleven required subjects under Part 139.
The curriculum includes classroom instruction as well as hands-on practical training utilizing firefighting/rescue equipment and procedures.
Participants get to opportunity to experience simulated rescues in a smoke-filled environment, operate rescue tools for extraction, and will participate in live burn scenarios.

Summer is here, and that means our team is hard at work at the Wyoming Regional ARFF Training Facility.

We offer hands-on Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting training to airports around the state and the region. Part of that training includes live response to simulated burns, so, if you see smoke at the Airport - don't be concerned!

These burns will be going on periodically through the summer to provide realistic situations and scenarios for those Aircraft Firefighters getting initial certification or attending their annual live burn training requirement.

Why do firefighters travel from across the country to participate in our trainings? For one, we use diesel fuel for burns, providing a more realistic firefighting experience than other fuel mediums or simulations.
