Position Overview:
We are adding a Project Manager to our team. In this capacity, you will plan, manage, and lead specific phases of the homebuilding process for multiple projects at one time. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, scheduled, managed, and delivered to contract specifications, the established budget, and the targeted quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contribute daily to the delivery of Triad Building Company’s Why and Vision Statement.
● Interact with, and support, the entire Triad Building Company team
● Plan, schedule, and manage assigned phases of a construction project
● Diligently plan for all assigned phases of construction
● Develop and maintain project schedules
● Ensure the scope of work for all phases of construction is diligently followed and executed
● Detailed, clear, and concise written and oral communication with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, building inspectors, and other relevant entities
● Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality control measures.
● Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges proactively.
● Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders efficiently.
● Lead and inspire the construction team to achieve project goals.
