Hello Bicycle Friends,

Over the Winter my bicycle friend Cheryl Bagley reached out to create a special WOMEN'S ONLY 4-Day adventure on the Great Allegheny Passage; focusing on health, empowerment and growth.

The dates are: October 1-4, 2026

She rides the GAP Trail every year with a group of ladies who all wear TuTu's and they create an inspirational vibe the whole way!

If you have ever met Cheryl, you know that her energy is infectious..... I could not say no to this idea.

Her vision is to get as many Women as possible to share this journey and see the possibilities of "Girl Power" while riding bikes and just having a Hoot!!

During this journey you will ride all day on this world class Trail, sleep in great hotels and enjoy a menu of healthy, delicious gourmet food, designed to feed your body and soul.

Each evening will feature a special program to focus on Women's Health and well being.

All ages and skill level riders are welcome... it's not a race... but instead a journey!!

The cost for this Fully-Supported adventure is $1,500 per person and includes all transportation, lodging and breakfast/dinner each day.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated back the GAP Trail Conservancy to support the wonderful work they do.

CANCER SUCKS!!!

But riding bikes does not!!

We are hosting our 5th annual 4-Day "Cancer Survivors" trip this year, June 13-16, 2026, riding the entire 150 miles of the Great Allegheny Passage bicycle Trail.

This special trip is for anyone who has survived any cancer or is in treatment currently for cancer.

This is a "Gourmet Glamping" adventure where we sleep at amazing venues along beautiful rivers and serve fresh, delicious meals cooked to order each day.

Wow!! We just had an incredible 4-Day "Gourmet Glamping" adventure on the C&O Canal, spending our last night having a big party at Locust Post Brewery in Little Orleans!!

This is surely the very best time of year to be outdoors enjoying these world class Trails.

We still have 2 more trips on the Great Allegheny Passage in October.... one Gourmet Glamping and the other with cozy hotels and the same amazing food we are famous for!!
