We have the following positions available for Harvest 2026:
➡️ Grain cart operator
➡️ Combine operator
➡️ Truck Driver

***YOU MUST HAVE 2 YEARS AGRICULTURAL EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR A POSITION***

It is also beneficial to have the following:
✅ Combine experience
✅ Tractor and grain cart experience
✅ Truck driving experience
✅ Previous USA harvest experience
✅ Decent mechanical knowledge
✅ be willing to work as part of a team
✅ decent understanding of how the weather can effect an agricultural operation
✅ willingness to learn
✅ a good attitude

Please only apply if you meet the 2 year experience requirement and can tick several boxes from above.

* H2A visas available
* Opportunity to obtain CDL

The Last six weeks have been kind of hectic. Here’s some of what we’ve been up to:

- Planting
- Commercial trucking
- Hauling machinery to Oklahoma/Texas for the start of harvest
- Prepping machinery in Arizona for the start of harvest
- Orientation/training for new employees.

The good news is, it only gets busier from here 😅

With harvest approaching quick here in Arizona we’ve had some returning employees throwing the shoulder to the wheel and getting through the maintenance.
It’s always a busy time of year trying to get everything ready, getting new employees trained and getting machinery delivered to different locations to start harvest, with that being said we wish everyone safe travels while out there moving equipment before harvest.
