Good morning and goodbye, Mexico! 🇲🇽 Until we meet again! ❤️

What an incredible experience this has been! I am absolutely exhausted, but SO excited to get home, go through all of my pictures, and start sharing everything I saw and experienced with you!

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be breaking down each resort, sharing my personal thoughts, what stood out to me, and who I think each property would be a great fit for.

Thank you all for your patience this week while I’ve been busy learning, touring, asking questions, taking notes, and soaking it all in. Every site inspection, every conversation, and every experience was about one thing—continuing to learn so I can better serve my clients and help you find the right resort for YOUR vacation.

Now…this chica is tired. 😂✈️

But WOW. What a trip. What an experience. And I can’t wait to share it all with you!

🌴 I’m Resort Hopping Through Riviera Maya & Cancun!! I’ll be joining the exclusive Hyatt Inclusive Luxury FAM!

🌴 Travel Thursday | Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya

Travel Thursday takes me to Mexico this weekend! 🇲🇽

I’ll be spending two nights at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya, and I am SO excited to experience this one firsthand.

Secrets Akumal is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort located right on beautiful Akumal Beach. It’s known for its calm Caribbean waters, gorgeous setting, and yes… sea turtles! 🐢

While I’m there, I’ll be checking out the rooms, restaurants, pools, beach, service and all the little details that matter when I’m recommending a resort to my clients.

Because pictures and brochures can tell you a lot — but there’s nothing like experiencing a resort yourself.

So stay tuned! I’ll be sharing what I see, what I love, and my honest take on Secrets Akumal while I’m there.

The off-season can be a REALLY good time to visit. 🇲🇽

Fewer crowds.
More personalized service.
Easier access to the restaurants, pools and beach.
And often, some seriously good pricing.

September and October can be a great time to sneak away, especially if you have some flexibility.

And right now, I have a few last-minute Mexico deals that are making me want to pack a bag myself.
