🚧 Now Hiring – Laborer 🚧

Riverside General Contracting is looking for a dependable laborer / ground guy to join our crew.

Duties include:
• Running a chainsaw
• Operating a skid steer
• Raking and shoveling
• Assisting with land clearing, grading, and general site work
• Daily equipment maintenance (checking fluids, greasing, cleaning equipment, etc.)
• Keeping the job site clean and organized

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with chainsaws, skid steers and grade rods preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors
• Reliable transportation with valid Drivers license
• Someone who shows up on time and ready to work

💰 Pay based on experience.

We’re looking for someone who wants to work hard and grow with the company, with opportunities for increased responsibility and pay based on performance.

🚜 EXPERIENCED EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – RESIDENTIAL EXCAVATION

We are hiring a skilled equipment operator with verifiable residential excavation experience. This position requires precision work, not just moving dirt.

You MUST have experience with:
• Clearing residential lots
• Digging footers (straight, square, to grade)
• Foundation excavation & backfill
• Fine grading (yards, driveways, final grade)
• Working around homes, utilities, and tight access

Equipment Experience Required:
• Excavator
• Skid steer
• Laser/grade control experience is a plus

Requirements:
• Proven residential excavation experience (not entry level)
• Strong understanding of grades, slopes, and layout
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Show up on time, every day
• Take pride in clean, professional work
• Valid driver’s license
