Are you comparing a 5x10 and a 10x5 storage unit? There are a few important differences to understand before you book.

Both units offer 50 square feet of storage space, but their layouts are completely different.

A 5x10 unit is narrow and deep, meaning everything goes in single file through a smaller door. This layout works well for longer items like bikes, rolled rugs, kayaks, and paddleboards.

A 10x5 is wide and shallow, giving you easier access to larger furniture pieces such as couches, TV stands, dressers, and bed frames. The wider opening also makes loading and unloading more convenient with plenty of room to maneuver at the door.
