Here’s an inside look at a real team discussion on how to handle conversations with customers when a vehicle experiences a dead battery during the tinting process.

The reality is that this can happen from time to time, especially since vehicles often need to remain in accessory mode so windows can be rolled up and down throughout the installation. In many cases, a weak or aging battery may already be on its way out, and the tinting process simply brings the issue to light.
