Where do I start ? I have used this company three separate times in in the last four months in a move of a multi-family estate to new homes and storage locations. I was very pleased when I made my first call to be accommodated at the last minute during peak moving season. Pricing was competitive, equipment/trucks and such were clean and in great shape. The Office made good phone calls of confirmation and they always answer the phone, which is rare nowadays.
The real jewels of this company, though, are the employees. When you think moving company staff you might think "sketchy". Not this one ! Their staff is high quality. My first time using this team they sent three Bills - no joke, Will, William and Billy. I need to say that Will the Crew Leader is professional and such a hard worker. They all are great communicators, speak great English and loved our joking and fun. We loved having their humor and work ethic so much we requested both Will and William the second time we hired them, and then we were even more pleased at how the carefully packed but loaded in and out in the screaming hot record heat. We were so happy to get them as our third time crew and feel so completely comfortable with them in our home, and they respectfully handled our stuff with respect and care. They didn't complain and hustled the entire full day. Will as a leader called prior to arriving, communicated well in the day and was professional in his paperwork and attention to detail. Honestly, there was nothing negative. NOTHING ! This is not a paid-for ad. I am thankful for the hard work and I strongly recommend them as classy, hard-working and reasonably priced movers. THANK YOU !
