A new tradition starts here. 🏆
Odin and Doug have officially earned their place in the Koola President’s Club! A recognition of the hard work, dedication, and drive that continue to move our team forward.
With Steve kicking things off, this is just the beginning of what we’re building. We can’t wait to see who joins them next!
Congratulations, Odin and Doug! Well deserved. 👏

🎥 A little perspective from our founder, Steve Paliska.

When our summer interns asked Steve about his favorite role at Koola, his answer came down to one thing: people.

He loves getting to watch people set goals for themselves, execute on them, and grow along the way — and having the opportunity to play a role as a mentor in that process.

His favorite memory? He doesn’t really have one.

Why? Because Steve is always looking forward to what’s next.

“Job’s not done.”

That mindset has been a big part of building Koola — celebrate the wins, learn from the journey, and keep pushing toward what’s next. 🚛💛

WE’RE HIRING.

Koola Logistics is looking for a Growth Marketing & Brand Manager to help build the marketing engine behind our next stage of growth.

We started in 2019 with four desks in a single room.

Today, we are one of the fastest-growing freight brokerages in the country—and we are still early.

This isn’t a position for someone who only wants to manage social media.

We want a builder.

Someone ready to:

• Build the Koola brand
• Tell the stories behind our people and growth
• Strengthen recruiting and sales
• Develop founder and leadership content
• Own content, SEO, digital campaigns, and marketing systems
• Turn attention into candidates, customers, and opportunities

Build the systems. Drive the growth.

⛳️ A great day for an even greater cause!
Yesterday, Koola Logistics was proud to sponsor and participate in the 2026 Eagle Classic Golf Outing, supporting Heritage Christian School students through the Heritage Fund.
Our guys had an absolute blast hitting the course, connecting with others in our community, and supporting an organization that is investing in the next generation. 🏌️‍♂️
We’re grateful for opportunities to come together, build relationships, and give back to a cause that makes a difference. That’s the Koola difference.

80 LB DUMBBELLS.
MIDDLE OF THE OFFICE.
WHO YOU GOT? 😂

🔴 24 years old. Indiana University graduate.
⚫ 40 years old. Purdue University graduate.

One has youth on his side.

The other signs the paychecks. 😂

When 80-pound dumbbells end up in the middle of the office, apparently work stops and the entire company gathers around to settle an IU vs. Purdue bench press debate.

No conference room.
No PowerPoint.
Just 80s, a crowd, and bragging rights on the line.

Competition is part of the culture around here.

And apparently, so is making questionable decisions in the middle of the workday. 😂

🏆 WE MADE THE INC. 5000! 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Koola Logistics ranked #1,998 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, recognizing us as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America — and one of Indiana’s fastest-growing companies. 🚀

What makes this achievement even more meaningful? It’s a reflection of the people behind Koola. The early mornings, late nights, big wins, challenges overcome, customers who trust us, carriers who partner with us, and an incredible team that continues to raise the bar.

From a dream started in Indiana to being recognized among the nation’s fastest-growing companies — we’re just getting started.

Thank you to our Koola family, customers, carrier partners, and everyone who has been part of the journey.

POV: You think you’re answering an innocent question at work…
Meanwhile, the interns are editing the question into something completely unhinged. 😂
The answers were 100% genuine, the questions were… not so much. 😂
Our interns understood the assignment. 👏

The hardest part of every summer is saying goodbye. 💙
As we wrap up another incredible internship season at Koola Logistics, we’re feeling especially grateful for this year’s group of interns. Their talent, energy, and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a lasting impact on our team.
This summer felt a little extra special because they weren’t just part of the day-to-day — they were a key part of one of the biggest milestones in Koola’s journey: our move into a brand-new office space. Watching them help shape this exciting new chapter has been something we won’t forget.
To our interns: thank you for the long days, the laughter, the fresh ideas, and the hard work. We can’t wait to watch you continue to grow throughout the rest of your college careers and beyond. The future is incredibly bright, and we’re proud to have been a small part of your story.
Once Koola, always Koola. 🫶
