We have officially acquired the 4+ acres in front of/next to Cross Church (formally Walmart) in Carlinville. This has been months in the works and we are very excited for what the future holds.

What is the plan for this property?

Simply, development.

Sips Coffee Co has already committed to a long term lease on the property and we have plans to begin this project sometime during the summer, with an anticipated completion date in late fall/early winter 2026.

Further, we have more plans of developing this property!
