Hello all!!! Fishing in Cape May has been good! While the weather has been less than agreeable for getting out on the BOMB, it has been just fine for the 100ft MISS CHRIS and fishing has been solid! Sea bass fishing has been strong with lots of nice fish to 3 plus pounds in the mix along with good numbers of ling! Lots of limits around the boat and plenty of fish to take home for everyone. Closer to home, the drum bite has been quite good with fish to 50lbs taken last night!! Be sure to sign up for the 8-10 hour sea bass trip on the MISS CHRIS this Sunday May 31! Looking to fill coolers with some fine eating sea bass and ling! Weather looks great and we will be fishing!!

Next week, we have availability on the BOMB on Friday for a sea bass trip, as well! Hope to see you aboard!

It’s been a fun few days of fishing! Saturday the forecast was a bit questionable for the BOMB4, so we headed out with the MISS CHRIS 102 on her two half day trips and found good sea bass action, with some keepers in the mix. We also had some nice blackfish which had to be tossed back, but certainly a sign of the colder than usual water temps. Sunday, we shoved off for our 8-10 hour sea bass trip aboard the MISS CHRIS 102, and found good fishing with lots of nice fish around the rails! Beautiful sea bass and lots of ling! Weather was outstanding aside from some morning swells and fishing was great with some anglers seeing limits and everyone getting fresh fish to take home for dinner. Monday, we had a beautiful day and ran the BOMB4 out to search for more, and found em GOOD! Quick limit with nice fish in the mix and more ling adding to the catch!! This week and upcoming weekend, the weather looks a little grumpy, but next week we have a couple TILEFISH dates scheduled aboard that we are hoping find a good weather window so we can go explore the deep! Opening day sea bass aboard the MISS CHRIS 102!! Six hour charter so we stayed fairly local. Little breezy, but the boat ate it up. Found some decent fish mixed in with good short action, plus caught some nice tog we had to release for another day. Tons of current with the new moon. Beautiful day with a great crew to kick off spring 2026 sea bass! Sunday seats available!

Couple beautiful days on the water! Lots of short action. Had to work for keepers but some nice fish in the mix up to 8.25lbs this week. Less than a week till tog closes. This weekend’s weather looks too sporty to fish, so we are hoping for another crack or two at them!
