OUTBOARD TECH / RIGGER

Position type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

The candidate must have the following:
Ability to lift-up to 75 pounds
Previous rigging technician experience
Ability to work on, around and under boats while following safety standards
Some knowledge and/or ability to learn forklift operation
Requires the ability to operate hand tools and an eye for detail
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or experience
Ability to climb ladders and stairs and to get on/off boats of varying sizes
Ability to work outdoors, in varying climate and weather conditions
Ability to read and understand reference materials to include service manuals
Willingness to learn, advance knowledge and skills, and be an active team member
