Crash you boat? Run a ground? Accidents happen ,We can be the solution to your fiberglass problems.

This Pardo ran a ground in shallow waters, the Volvo IPS drive didn’t shear off as designed to. And crack the hull , interior stringers and, other places throughout the engine room.

Damaged drive was removed and we got to work seeing how far the extent of the damage was, luckily the hull wasn’t crack all the way thought. We ground all the delamination out and re fiberglassed. Sanded and faired. Good as new

This Boston Whaler with some major fiberglass damage right through the fiberglass into the flotation foam that makes this vessel unsinkable. No short cuts taken. We got to work.

We ground down the fiberglass and dug of the wet foam, and started the repair process, adding back the 2lb flotation foam in the damaged areas before laminating multiple layers of fiberglass and fairing smooth. New gel coat sprayed, sanded and buffed to look Iike new.

Playing around with some metal flake gel coat on this MasterCraft.
This boat went through hurricane Ian was at another shop before it came to us, Previous guy had filled damage with bondo and spray automotive prime over repairs,

We got to work digging out I’ll the filler and glassed all the repairs the proper way.

Quick fiberglass repair on a stringer, upon inspections the crack was only on the surface and not into the actually structure of the stringer due to excessive amount of filler from the factory. So we ground back and apply fiberglass, faired smooth and repainted

“Accidents happen, even during routine haulouts. This liveaboard tug style vessle suffered a sudden mishap when it slipped out of the travel lift slings, tearing the pulpit right off the deck and causing significant fiberglass damage to the bow area.
The impact left the pulpit mangled, deck hardware pulled free, gelcoat cracked, and underlying laminate compromised,common when force exceeds the original mounting points.

At Froh’s Fiberglass Restorations, we handled it step by step:

• Carefully cut away all damaged fiberglass, delaminated sections, and compromised core material to reach solid structure
• Removed the old damaged pulpit and prepped the area for reinforcement
• Rebuilt the bow/deck interface with high-strength marine-grade fiberglass laminates, tabbing, and reinforcements for added durability
• Reinstalled and reinforced the pulpit assembly with upgraded backing plates and through-bolting where needed
• Fairred, gelcoated, and blended everything seamlessly—restoring to factory specs or better for long-term strength and watertight integrity

One of the most recognized ,the famous SeaTrek charter boat was left mangled deep in the mangroves, tossed by massive surge and winds. A tree punched straight through the hull, and about 4 feet of the keel was crushed and compromised, threatening the entire structural integrity.
We took on this challenging structural fiberglass restoration:

🚤 Keel Damage? No Problem! 34’ Scout Back in Top Shape! 🚤
Check out this latest project from Froh’s Fiberglass Restorations right here in Southwest Florida!

This beautiful 34’ Scout center console came in with serious keel damage on the bottom of hull from what looks like a hard grounding or trailer mishap, exposing an air void from a manufacture defect. The fiberglass and black gelcoat was torn up pretty bad in spots.

We got to work:
• Ground out all the damaged material
• Rebuilt the structure with high-quality fiberglass and resin
• Faired it smooth
• Matched the black gelcoat perfectly
• Buffed and polished for that showroom shine

Now she’s solid, strong, and looking factory-fresh again – ready for many more years of fishing and family fun on the water!
