The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence operates the public transportation for St. Lawrence County. Our buses are fully accessible, and anyone may ride!

Our fleet of about 30 vehicles travel over 1 million miles every year servicing 17 routes. Most buses have bike racks and Wifi. Passes may be purchased on the bus or at the Operations Center at 6 Commerce Lane in Canton. Fares are $2 each way and exact fare or token is required to ride. Rules:
-Riders are asked to arrive at the pickup location ten minutes before the bus is scheduled to depart.
-D

rivers do not have change and cannot make change for riders.
-Sorry - Lost passes are not refundable.
-Children under three ride for free.

Two tokens are provided at a time, due to limited quantities. Reminder! Route 81 starts tomorrow. Route 81 is a Friday-only, out-and-back route that is designed to get senior citizens to Walmart, but is open to the public to ride! It will depart from Canton at 9:00 a.m., head to Gouverneur and Edwards, and then to the Potsdam Walmart with some stops in Canton along the way.
