Owner operators and company drivers for local, regional and long distance(OTR). If Owner Operator, Trucks must be in good working order and be able to pass a DOT inspection. Looking for assertive, polite drivers who want a permanent home.
Driver Requirements:
· Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
· Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License with proper endorsements from state of residence with current address.
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Must have at least two (2) years verifiable driving experience.
· Criminal background check - No felonies going back 7 years.
· No current license suspension/revocation

Moving Violations: *
· No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
· No more than 1 moving violations in the past 12 months.
· Have never been cited for running a load while out a service.

No major traffic violations in the past 3 years: *
· Reckless/careless driving
· Hit and Run
· Leaving the scene of an accident
· Failure to report an accident
· Speed 15 miles over posted limit
· Erratic/improper lane changes
· Following too closely
· Failure to stop

No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
No offense for driving while intoxicated/under the influence*
All loads are live load and unload, no hazmat, and no Canada or Mexico. For Owner Operators, we offer fuel cards with discounts, plate program and trailers, if needed. Compensation is 78% of gross revenue to the truck plus 100% FSC, detention and layover. Company drivers start at $16/hour and go up based on experience and CDL type.
