1. Start 8-10 weeks early by making checklist, shopping list, and packing list.
2. Coordinate with your roommates, so no one brings duplicates to maximize living spaces.
3. When buying and packing bulky items like bedding, towels, and textiles. It’s best to remove packaging and wash, before packing to save space.

Part of that process is decluttering, it’s a great feeling to purge unused and unwanted items by donating or by having a yard sale. Turning your clutter into a little extra cash is also a great motivator to start your spring cleaning!

Here’s How To Organize A Yard Sale This Spring:

1. Go through your home and create piles for Donations, Garage Sale, Toss.

2. create a cleaning schedule, each day focus on one room to tackle.
3. If you’ve got a lot to declutter that it feels overwhelming, you can pick an area and spend 15-30 mins cleaning.

Here’s How To Pack Your Garage Like A Pro:

2. If you have outdoor clothing, sports gear, or tools you no longer need. Having a garage sale is a great way to declutter and make extra cash.
