We hosted the Camden Fire Department at the airport today. A forest fire broke out south of Camden near Buena Vista and air tractors were vital in putting it out!

Camden Municipal Airport continues to serve Camden and the surrounding community by supporting The Arsenal of Freedom Tour! We were able to host the fine men and women of the Arkansas National Guard as well as VIPs from the State of Arkansas, General Dynamics, and L3 Harris. Students from the Southern Arkansas University Tech Aviation Program did a phenomenal job learning how to work around these impressive aircraft and within the airport environment. Thanks also goes to Taylor King Bearden for capturing some awesome moments!
