One year ago, we officially opened the doors to Local Postal right here in Callahan, and what an incredible journey it has been! God has truly blessed this business!

​We received a mystery package addressed to our store that we didn't order. We suspect it belongs to a customer, but there is no mailbox number listed on the label.
​If you are missing a delivery, please come see us with your proof of ownership (tracking info/receipt) to claim it.

300 packages dropped off at the store, 100 packages picked up by USPS, and FedEx/UPS took the rest. But we got them delivered on time!

Please do not leave packages or donations on the sidewalk overnight. While we like to think the best of humanity, items left outside after dark have a weird habit of sprouting legs and wandering off.

Today marks the anniversary of D-Day, a day to honor the immense bravery and sacrifice of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy.

To mark the day, I wanted to share an incredible piece of history that hit very close to home. A few years ago. I found an old roll of 35mm film at an estate sale. After getting it digitized, I realized exactly what it was: rare, raw footage of the Normandy invasion, including Juno Beach and Bernières-sur-Mer.

Seeing this history preserved on film really puts the sacrifice of that day into perspective. It’s an honor to help keep these memories alive so they are never forgotten.
