POV: you’re at the airport, at your boarding gate and your client needs to change their vacation dates… while already inside the 30-day penalty window. 😂✈️

Did I have my iPad? Nope.
Did I panic a little? Umm of course!!

So there I was at the gate with a postcard, a $7 airport pen, airport WiFi, and pure determination trying to save this vacation before I takeoff. 🤣

And guess what?
We got it handled. Vacation changed successfully. ✔️
