We can handle all of your packing and shipping needs. We use several different types of shipping carriers such as: FedEx (Express and Ground), United States Postal Service, UPS, and DHL International; as well as many freight lines such as: R&L Carriers, UPS Freight, etc. We also offer postage stamps, copies (color/b&w), fax service, notary public, selection of 75+ different sized boxes, photo mail

ers, variety of envelopes, scan/email service and much more. We have personal and business mail boxes for rent as well and you will have access to the mailboxes 24/7, additional to US Postal mail you may receive UPS, FedEx, and DHL packages (unlike the postal service). We offer a special service for frequent shipping business and government entities and that being a "debit account" or a "monthly statement", your choice! With Debit accounts we charge the credit card we have on file on the last working day of the month, While the monthly statements are mailed out the first working day of the month (charges from the previous month) and you'll have until the 15th of the current month to pay it in full! We also shredding services in which you can bring in hundreds of pounds, if need be, and we securely have them destroyed for you. Come in and get us if you need help inside with those heavy shipping boxes or bags of shredding! The duties that this job will include, but not limited to, the following duties/tasks:

Greeting Customers as they come in the door if there is a line waiting.
Assisting customers with their shipments (giving them shipping options with all the different carriers we offer).
Assist customers with their item(s) that need to be packed by properly packaging the item(s) based on fragility level and to suit the needs or requirements of the customer.
Making copies for customers.
Faxing documents or scan/email documents for customers.
Scanning in "pre-paid" UPS, FedEx & DHL packages and placing them in their proper pick-up area.
Keep all boxes and/or retail item(s) stocked up and let the manager know when boxes or retail items are running low so that we can reorder some more for our inventory!
Keeping the store neat and clean at all times.
As stated previously the above duties are not the only tasks that will be expected of the new hire, there will be various other tasks to do but this is the main bulk of the positions duties! Also, you must be able to lift up to 70 pounds (this is not an all the time thing, only reason would be if a customer needed help with a heavy package and all other employee are busy and the hand trucks are not available either). It is preferred that the applicant have a valid US drivers license as they may be required to drive the company van to pick up some packing materials from storage or drive the the Post Office in Adairsville to drop off the postal shipments we have for each day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

This position is a cross between a Part-Time and a Full-Time job. For example, some weeks you may get 35 hours per week and others you may get 40+ hours per week. Typically the new hire would come in Monday - Friday 12:00 noon until closing, which is at 6:00 pm, then also work on Saturday's from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm. **Potential employees MUST have a valid US Driver's License. Also, it is preferred that you have a reliable vehicle or other form of transportation to get to and from work on time. **MUST be able to lift up to 70 pounds (will not occur too often, but does occur), and a few other tasks.

-Packing item(s) that may possibly be very fragile or
heavy or cumbersome
-Item(s) of high value
-Copies
-Faxing
-Scan & Email
-Regular cleaning duties (i.e. dusting, vacuuming, taking out trash,
etc.)
-**MUST be able to type at least 20-25 words per minute and be somewhat
knowledgeable of computers since that's what all the shipping and
retail tasks are performed using.

In response to the current Covid-19 Epidemic, our current temporary business hours are as follows and will remain in effect until further notice:

Monday - Friday: 11:00am til 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am til 1:00pm

We’ve also began sanitizing and cleaning counters, door handles, etc. more now than ever in attempt of keeping us and our customers as safe and virus free as we can possibly make it.

We have been improving our business day by day for about a year now; from new technology & equipment to a few new faces (and some old faces) behind the counter to eventually, & hopefully, some new furniture, paint and flooring upgraded soon. We hope they are all for the betterment of our store and for you, our clients. Without our clients we certainly would not be in business and want you to know that we truly appreciate each and every one of you whom have done business with us over the years. We have been blessed to have been in business in the same location since 1997 and are looking to make it to 2027 & beyond.
