Twin doelings born to our farm. As you can see both girls have tons of energy and mom still has a full bag. We are continually impressed with the increased milk production of our does since we added Chaffhaye to their diet!

Every day we seem to learn more about Chaffhaye and its potential uses.

Meet Penny the cow. Penny is a good cow but very docile and would allow the other cows to push her away from the feed trough. This led to her being in very poor condition. Her owner works at a horse rescue that feeds chaffhaye and decided to try it on her. The before pictures were taken on March 21st and the after pics are on August 1st.

I am constantly amazed at the benefits and potential uses of this feed.

The feed regimen they used was 1/2 of s 5 gallon bucket per day to start working up to full feed and a 3-3-3 commodity feed.

We had heard of Chaffhaye for years from other goat owners. All of them said the same thing, that stuff is awesome! Does great things for milk production. A little goes a long way.

So shortly after we became a dealer our Doe Buttons gave birth to triplets, 2 bucks and a doe. Our experience with Boer goats and triplet kids has always been monitor and prepare to supplement feed or pull 1 kid, especially buck kids. Typically about week 3 after kidding the doe's udder will be consistently not full as the kids will consume as much or more than she can produce.

To our delight, chaffhaye works for milk production! Buttons is going on week 4 post kidding and we rarely see her udder anything but full and her kids are growing like bad weeds!

Hopefully we will have some more user testimonials in the near future.

So I have been getting the question often, whose store is this.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Layne Taff, my wife Becky Moore Taff and I decided to start a Chaffhaye dealership as we had heard tons of excellent reviews of the product for all sorts of livestock, especially goats. Problem was, the nearest dealership is 2 hrs away from us. So we took the leap and became a dealer. Since we have to go through the process of licensing etc we will be trying to add more products as we see a need/opportunity arises.

Background on myself, I am a retired Air Force veteran, lived almost my whole life in the midwest. I grew up in Central Illinois, spent 4 years in Altus OK and then came to Missouri. My wife is from this area and we decided to stay here in Missouri after I retired.

We hope we can serve you in the future and appreciate all the support so far.

Anyone feed alfalfa pellets, cubes or hay? Pellets and cubes average $16 per 40 lb bag. Quality alfalfa square bales are very difficult to find and then you have to haul and store them in a water tight barn.

Do you have to soak your alfalfa for your senior animal? Chaffhaye doesn't have to be soaked as it is a wet feed and is partially digested.

Do you add probiotics? Chaffhaye already has them from the fermentation (ensilation) process it has undergone.

Chaffhaye will keep in an unopened bag for 16 months! No indoor storage required.

Chaffhaye will keep for an additional 7 to 10 days once opened.
