There is a medium to large black dog running around Dale Hollow Marine. It has a black collar with orange tags and needs to go home. The tail is curled at the end. We can not catch him as he is extremely jumpy and he runs when we try to take pictures. I know it is a male because it lifts its leg when it urinates. Please help me get this dog back home. He is driving my dogs crazy.
