Butler Band Boosters was established to support the Butler High School Band with fundraisers and to raise awareness about the importance of the Arts in Education. This is a parent led group and 100% of the proceeds are spent on the Band, students, and instrumental music program.

We are hosting a Bingo/ Chili night to raise funds for our band trip, we are needing people to make some chili, we are also looking for small donations for the prizes. We would appreciate your support. March 22nd is the date planned for this, so we will need donations by March 18th. Sign up for the chili cook off here. Thank you for the support.

We are confirmed for truck and trailer. We will decorate on Friday the 5th, so if anyone has stuff they want to let us borrow for the float let me know and we’ll pick a time to meet at the high school Friday for anyone that wants to help decorate :). Someone want to post on Facebook to see if anyone else has decorations?

This Saturday Butler Band is going to Harrisonville. To feed the kids pizza that day would be about $75.00. Would anyone be will to donate cash to help feed the kids dinner that day?

We are doing dirty sodas for Huckster’s Day, a week from tomorrow October 18th! If anyone wants to donate an item for trip points here is the list of what we need!!

Our Story

Butler Band Boosters was established to support the Butler High School and raise awareness about the importance of the Arts in Education. This is a parent led group encouraging all students to undertake the challenge and become part of a close-knit group sharing the love of music and finding the instrument that allows them to express themseles. Through fund-raisers, parents and students raise money for competitions, uniforms, transportation, trips, and instruments for the band program. 100% of the money raised goes directly to supporting the band program and expanding the love of music.

Just as it takes every instrument to make a band, it takes every parent to be involved whether it be through providing supervision at events, sending food for competitions, working concession stands or participating in fund-raising activities. There is no membership fee to be a band booster; just a desire to support and encourage students to be their best and grow as a musician. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, community members are invited and welcome! Play that song proudly and Be a Butler Band Booster...
