A little REPOWER action this week! This wellcraft center console came in for initial diagnostics where we found the Johnson outboard had no compression on 3 cylinders. Our guest found a heck of a deal on this Yamaha 225 4 stroke set up, so we rigged the engine and control box along with new cables. Now this center console has a new lease on life and should last our guest another 15-20 years!

Another NanoXCel hull repair! This Waverunner had a small crack on the starboard side due to a roller style dry dock. We ground out the affected area, fiberglassed it with specialized components designed for these NanoXCel hulls. After applying the fiberglass patch we did a final coat of a specialized resin putty to fill any gaps or small holes. The final step was a full sand with 80 grit and a fresh coating of Super Slick 2000 to strengthen and reinforce the bottom of this ski.

This guest brought in his Century Coronado Cardel for some initial diagnostics. He had just had a new motor installed elsewhere but we found an abundance of issues. The main issue was the incorrect camshaft and valve train were used upon assembly. This cause the cam lobes to wear and create internal damage. Our guest had enough and wanted the bad engine out. We upgraded him from a 7.4L Mercruiser to a 454 HO MPI set up which gives him more torque and horsepower with the reliably of multiport fuel injection! Now this boat is ready for the water and in less than 2 weeks time vs the 6-7 months it was with the other shop.
