One of the most important? Following the Move Over Law 🚨

All 50 states have Move Over laws to protect people working on or stopped along the roadside—including highway construction and maintenance crews.

When you see flashing lights:
➡️ Move over one lane when it’s safe
➡️ If you can’t move over, slow down

These simple actions create space, reduce crashes, and help everyone get home safely.

Training saves lives—both for the crews working in active zones and the drivers passing through them. Today, all of our projects are taking the time this morning with a Safety Talk to recognize the importance of preparation, awareness, and following proven safety practices in every work zone.
