**If you have already registered, disregard*** Dear Parent/Guardian, This is a reminder to please verify or register your student’s transportation needs by Sunday, August 2, 2026, using the BusQuest app or by visiting https://www.ezrouting.com/buchananmi #/?sb=0&se=31. All students who wish to ride a school bus to or from school must have a regular transportation schedule on file. The EZRouting application makes it simple and flexible for you to register and update your child’s schedule as needed. Transportation eligibility and service areas are determined by state and federal laws as well as district policy. To review the district’s transportation policy, including walking boundary maps, please visit the district website and navigate to Our District > Board of Education > Board Policy Library. Once your student’s bus route has been finalized, you will receive an email with their routing information, including bus number, driver name, and approximate pick-up and drop-off times. Registration is required for all students who currently ride a bus and/or will need transportation. When you log in to the parent portal, you can: - View your child’s bus information - Submit new bus requests - Add or update contact information If your student does not need transportation services, please register anyway and select the option indicating that no service is required. For assistance, click the “Help” button in the portal to view step-by-step training videos. If you still need help, please email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include: - Your student’s name - Your home address - Stop address if different than home address - Your contact phone number - A brief description of what you need assistance with We will respond by email or phone at our earliest convenience. Please note that our phone lines are very busy during this time of year, and email is the quickest and most effective way to resolve any issues. If you do call and we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail with the same information so we can return your call as soon as possible. Again, registration will close August 3rd so routes can be finalized and information sent out promptly. Any requests received after this date may result in a delay of transportation services until after the first week of school. Thank you for your cooperation.
