19TH CENTURY SAMPLER

This nicely executed sampler, dated 1875, has a lot of interesting work on it. It is quite small measuring 4 1/2 inches high and 3 and 3/4 inches wide. If you are familiar with these samplers you will know that small examples are very hard to find and were priced accordingly. I purchased it without the frame so I will price it both ways.

Price with frame $495 and without frame $475 plus shipping or can be picked up in my booth.

Welcome to my new page!! I'm Rita Curtis, owner of Brownstown Eclectic. I have been collecting antiques for over 40 years and now realize it is time to trim down my collection. I became an antique dealer over fifteen years ago after working in corporate America for 35 years. Since then I have used my booth at Stoudt's Black Angus Antique market as a wonderful venue to meet people who share my love of American and European antiques. I am particularly fond of folk art and childrens items including early wooden and cloth dolls. Over the next few weeks and months I will be posting some of my collection for sale. So to get started I invite you to like my page. I will be posting in the next few days.
