Kim's career in transportation began back in 2000, bringing over 2 decades of industry experience in Settlements and Accounts Receivable/Cash Application to her role of Settlement Assistant supporting our AET team. Known for her dedication and loyalty, she consistently goes above and beyond, including lending her support to other departments whenever needed.

Kim is also playing an integral role in helping the team navigate a system change, showing just how adaptable and committed she is to the organization.

Outside the office, Kim enjoys shopping and spending quality time with the people who mean the most to her, which include her mother, son, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
