UPDATE!
We are pleased to announce that we have officially reached an agreement with our investor and construction partners and are scheduled to begin construction on our new 40,000-square-foot hangar. We anticipate that the facility will be ready for occupancy within the next twelve months.
Unfortunately, due to factors beyond our control, building and development costs have significantly exceeded our initial budget. As a result, the updated rate for hangar space will be $1.25 per square foot, rather than the originally quoted $0.75 per square foot. To secure your official spot in the new hangar, we kindly request that you sign a new letter of intent and provide an additional deposit of $900. This deposit remains fully refundable should you choose not to proceed and simply secures your first right of refusal once we are operational. Our investors require this step before moving the project forward. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays and adjustments may have caused. While the process has taken longer than expected, we are excited to move ahead and deliver a premium aviation experience at the new Bluewater Aviation FBO.
If you prefer not to continue with the updated terms, please reach out, and we will promptly refund your initial $100 deposit.
