Not Your Average Snow Cone

In 2016 I had an Idea to bring Hawaiian Style Shave Ice to the Tampa Bay Area. With not alot of capital I set out to find a food truck that we could afford. Some laughed at me and doubted I could do it, but I am a strong believer that with God...anything is possible. So with a vision in my mind, some cash in my pocket, and a prayer in my heart...I began my search. After a lot of digging I found our ugly duckling, tiny house, food truck in Plant City about 40 minutes away. With no way to tow her at the time we rented a truck, drove to Plant City and brought her home!

Then the real work began, as well as changing her look we also had to get her up to code and registered. It took a few months and some blood, sweat, and tears...but we got her done! Then just as we were about to have our Grand Opening a family emergency put everything on hold. Soon after we moved to Brooksville and with other pressing matters to attend, she sat in storage for over 2 years! Finally in 2019 we were able to pull her out and start again.

We just had our launch on March 16, 2019 handcrafting delicious shave ice made with syrups from the island and pure white cane sugar. Topped with Local Fresh Fruits, Sweet Candy, and the Finest Drizzles. This is not your average snow cone! Being that I am Latina and my husband is Jamaican...we are excited to bring you outside the box specialty flavors, incorporating not only a hawaiian style shave ice but also flavors from our own Latin and Jamaican cultures.
