We’re continuing to invest in the equipment, people, and capabilities needed to take on the next generation of large, complex composite structures.

Our latest autoclave addition expands OSC’s capacity to support upcoming aerospace and high-performance hydrofoiling yacht programs, giving our team even more capability to take projects from tooling and CNC machining through composite manufacturing and final assembly.

REGENT has successfully completed the world’s first flight of the Viceroy Seaglider prototype — the largest all-electric wing-in-ground-effect craft ever to fly with people on board.

We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in bringing this groundbreaking build to life and excited to see what’s next. 🌊 ✈️

🚨 A day in the life at OSC.

4:30 AM departure. ✈️ A same-day trip to Charlotte to check out the big machine... and back home before the day was over.

Why? Because this isn’t just another piece of equipment. It’s a massive 5-Axis CNC Machine that will take Ocean State Composites’ production capabilities to the next level. ⚡️ Bringing greater precision, efficiency, and capacity to everything we build. 🚀

And the best part? It’s arriving at the OSC shop at the end of this month!

We’re looking for experienced builders, laminators, finishers, and skilled marine tradespeople to join us on a 230-foot luxury sailing vessel undergoing a significant refit and modernization program. 🛥️
