R.T. Mills Trucking, LLC out of Bridgewater/Harrisonburg, VA area is looking for full time strong motivated over the road Company Driver. Pay is based on percentage per load with experience. Must have a clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Richard Crider (aka Critter) was a hard worker & a very dedicated driver. Not once would he complain on where he had to go. Critter was employed with R.T. Mills Trucking for 2.5 years. During that time frame, he managed to complete 532 trips with an estimate total of 250,000 miles under his belt. Those trips consist of mainly traveling up & down the entire east coast from ME to FL, and to TX & back. If Critter was available & someone needed help, he was always there, no questions asked. From recovering loads to dropping & picking up trailers. He loved doing what did & that was driving truck. Thank you Critter for your commitment and dedication to R.T. Mills Trucking! May you rest in peace.

It's with heavy hearts we share the sad news of the passing of one of our very own driver's, Richard Crider. Richard passed away unexpectedly in the truck out in TX. Richard was very passionate about driving truck, an extremely hard worker & never complained no matter where he was told to go. He will be greatly missed & will always be apart of R.T. Mills Trucking, LLC.
