Drivers panick today when they find out they have to wait 7 minutes at a customer.

We used to go through 3 ink pens and carpal tunnel surgery to sign 117 manifests for the privilege of taking a load 35 miles to the yard. And make sure you segregate the waste, secure with 18 straps, flip all 11 placards correctly, grab a CAT scale ticket, and drop it in an easy spot because that driver 24 seniority years ahead of you will be in Monday morning at 0900 to take it to El Dorado.
..but once you proved yourself...
You can still do the same thing but go grab your own load after. And it was fun and we were more than happy to do it. 💰💵💵💸
