Mr. Edward Brennan III, started out as a customer, but somewhere along the way he became family. The friendship, trust, laughter, and memories we shared went far beyond business.
Some people come into your life unexpectedly and leave a lasting mark on your heart. EB was one of those people. His loss is immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed by so many.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our father, Edward J. Brennan III, founder of Brennan Boat Company.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, he developed a love for boating at an early age, spending his summers working at Ship Shops, a marina on Cape Cod. That passion led him to the Jersey Shore, where he began his career in the marine industry at Shore Marine and built many lifelong friendships along the way.
In 1991, he founded Brennan Boat Company with a vision, determination, and an unwavering commitment to serving the boating community. What began as a dream grew into a family business that has proudly served boaters for more than three decades.
While he passed the business on to his children in recent years, his influence remains woven into every part of Brennan Boat Company. His work ethic, knowledge, generosity, and love for the water shaped not only our business, but also the lives of so many who had the privilege of knowing him.
We know he was more than a businessman to many—he was a mentor, a friend, and a familiar face around the marina and throughout the boating industry.
As we navigate this difficult loss, we are deeply grateful for the support, prayers, and memories shared by our customers, friends, and colleagues. We are honored to carry forward the legacy he built and the values he instilled in us.
