If you want a job where you can show up, sit at a desk, scroll your phone, do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck — please do not apply.
If you want to work 7:30-4, come to work at 7:30, actually work while you’re there, and go home at 4 feeling like you accomplished something — keep reading.
We are a full service print and mail company. From business cards to signage, shirts,and hats. All manufactured in house!
We have high expectations.
We move fast.
We hold people accountable.
We expect you to figure things out.
We expect you to communicate.
We expect you to care about doing a good job.
And yes, there will be days when you are BUSY.
This is not a cushy desk job disguised as a career.
You do not need experience. We can teach you the printing world.
What we are looking for is much harder to teach:
• You have a strong work ethic.
• You show up on time.
• You don’t need someone constantly checking whether you’re working.
• You can take feedback without falling apart.
• You can handle being held accountable.
• You don’t say “that’s not my job” when something needs to get done.
• You can communicate like an adult.
• You know the difference between there, their and they’re.
• You understand that your and you’re are also two different words.
• You know how to properly use to, too and two.
• You can take the trash out if you see it’s full.
• And ideally, you possess enough common sense that you don’t have to call me with every single situation that arises.
In return, you get to work for a company that is serious about winning, serious about developing people, and serious about creating opportunities for the people who help us succeed.
We work hard but we play harder because of our hard work! We have fun. We take care of our people.
But we earn it.
