Miss Bee Haven Honey

Miss Bee Haven Honey The purest honey My beliefs in food keep me harvesting and raising my bees naturally. That way we get one of the purest foods the earth has to offer.

I do not feed my bees sugars or syrups, I never heat any of the honey and there are no medications in my hives. During the spring and summer I catch wild swarms and do live bee removals. This is how I have started all 38 of my hives. I sell my honey at the Brentwood farmers market every other Sat. (will be there Aug. 4th) and on the same weekends at the Sun. Antioch farmers market (Somersville) Yo

u can also find my honey at Smith Family Farms throughout the year or just give me a call and do a home pick up.

The way bees communicate is by doing a waggle dance and this little girly is doing an amazing job at it.
She's mapping the directions by vibration and moving in different directions with her body.

Its been a pretty busy and extremely hot March so far. We pulled out of the almonds about a week ago and now are gathering equipment to start grafting queen's and making divides. Feeling like I'm more relaxed than I should be for this time of the year, to be honest I'm throughly enjoying it. 🌻 Sending calm blessings to all and a little reminder to get out in nature and look at all the flowers and tiny native bees that are buzzing in and around them. ✌️ ❀️ 😊 🐝

The bees are getting busy as the weather warms up and flowers come into bloom. If you come across a swarm please reach out to a beekeeper, we will safely remove. If we're personally busy and cant help immediately, I have several other beekeepers that I can contact for you. 925-450-5407 or 925-755-6733
Have a fantastic day and HAPPY WARM WEATHER!

The past 4 days have been a whirlwind of nothing but bees, nature, and a whole Lotta love being poured into our craft. My heart is so full right now. Couldn't have done any of this without my brother. We truly are stepping up and showing up for the bees and eachother.

Bees are all buttoned up for the winter and we're now focusing on holidays, resting, family, friends, pets, self reflecting, and nature.
We're not doing any big craft fairs this yr and mainly doing pre-orders, farmers market pick ups, and shipping orders out. The website has several gift boxes and if you want to switch a candle feel free to reach to us. Also, I'm be making a small amount of luminaries next week so keep your eye out for that.

Time to spice up your life with a little Miss Bee Haven Hot Honey. Headed to markets this weekend and soon will be available in other hot spots around.
The first taste that hits your pallet is honey then the heat comes with a tad bit of smoky flavor. We've been drizzling it on salmon, chicken wings, fried rice πŸ”₯, sandwhiches and various recipes. Have fun and let us know how you like it!.

Prepping the bees for winter before the rains kick in. We're out in the fields looking at the over all health of the hives. Lots needed some extra liquid feed and pollen patties. Some had plenty of their own honey to get them through the winter. All hives got a pollen ball (thank you , excellent pollen patties πŸ”₯) and a mite treatment just as a precaution. Its been an exceptionally warm fall so mites are up right now.
Now that, that's out of the way we have some exciting news. Something we've been working on for over a month. Our customers have been asking pretty regularly and we finally finalized it. Be on the lookout tomorrow or Friday for the exciting drop. πŸ˜πŸ˜‰
