I also bought the Bremen Quick Wash last Aug and have been working to get it back to original shape. Hopefully in next week or so to have automatic touchless bay going again. Soon as it's going we will put sign back up with a new LED sign. Thanks to everyone for coming back and washing your cars and trucks.

Gateway Commerce Center has added 2 new buildings and leasing office space available.
We are building new sign for listing company names and hope to install this month. Picture of the original sign redone and moved to center of property.

It's almost end of year and we have been very busy. Just finished a new location for Fairfield Mini Storesage on Brice road called Abbie Trails Storesage. We are finishing a new business with Hocking Hills Winery called 58 West downtown Logan it's beautiful place with Winery, brewery and distillery with Food. Also Gateway Commerce Center has added 2 new buildings and leasing office space available. Doing several other new business in Lancaster like Sunny Side Child Care, Vintage home market and Wyckoff floor covering. Also doing work for our long time customer Fairfield Homes in many cities. Also our car wash is doing better every day and we should have automatic touch less system up and running soon. Please stop and try our wash.

Its May and June is coming fast, we are working on several jobs for customers like Mid West Fabrication, Meals on Wheels, AT&T,Perry County Perco and Waste and Recycling Management , Clearcreek Fire Department and DQ in South Bloomfield and new location in Baltimore. We also are doing 80ft flag pole for Logan highschool and adding parking lot lights for Pit Stop on Memorial Dr.
We are working on service calls and other jobs and crane work.
With all this we have many bid request that working on right now. I really appreciate everyone who calls for service and new sign design.

On a local note, I am joining the team working to open the Bremen Pool this year. Gene's sign Co will be putting new LED lighting around property and also doing ADA signs for restrooms and other areas and rules, also many other people are doing so much to make this happen and don't be surprised if hear me knocking on door and ask for your help! Let's help give our kids in Bremen something to keep them out of trouble and could you imagine growing up in Bremen without the pool? So let's do something about it and not let same thing happen as last year!!! Just think if pool gone this year and then its the Tasty Freeze ?

Its getting warm and things picking up, doing Dairy Queen in New Lexington that has new owner Boyd Warnner and now will be like should be! Also doing his store on Main Street Reynoldburg and South Bloomfield . We also may be doing store in Circleville they just took over. We also are putting up sign for Dr. Delong at new office on Main Street Lancaster, and just started letters for Main Street Terrace,
Soon we hope to close deal with New Lexington Schools and put up two sign at panther drive off rt 13 and main entrance . Hopewell Health is working with school to do this project.

Its October and things are still busy and have lots of new signs to do, I hope to work out things with American Legion in Lancaster and donate part of project cost to our Veterans.
