This week we’re highlighting John, better known around CCI as “Bull,” our Product Supervisor over the Poly department. Bull has been part of the CCI team for 16 years, but his career in the industry started long before that. After taking welding classes in high school, he jumped into the field right after graduation and has been at it ever since!
Bull says his favorite part about working at CCI is the family atmosphere and getting to see how much the company has grown over the years.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and, of course, watching the Saints destroy their opponents! And when Bull gets some downtime, you might find him doing something coworkers may not expect—playing guitar. Between 16 years of experience, a love for the Saints, and a few guitar skills on the side, Bull definitely brings plenty of personality to the CCI team. We’re grateful to have Bull as part of the CCI family and appreciate everything he’s contributed over the past 16 years!

This week we’re highlighting Keylen, an Assembly Shop Hand in our Spacers department who has been part of the CCI team for the past 3 years.
Born and raised in Carencro, Keylen got his start at CCI through the temp service and has been part of the team ever since.
When he’s not at work, Keylen enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family. He describes himself as real laidback and easygoing, bringing a calm and relaxed personality to the workplace.
We’re glad to have Keylen as part of the CCI team and appreciate the steady, easygoing presence he brings each day.

This week we’re highlighting Duncan, our Inside Sales Representative, who has been part of the CCI team for the past year. Originally from Baton Rouge, Duncan made the move to Lafayette to attend UL Lafayette, where he graduated in May of 2025, and has called the area home ever since.
Duncan says he discovered an interest in sales early in his career and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while continuing to learn more about the waterworks industry every day. He especially enjoys seeing the different ways CCI's products are used, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company at trade shows!
Outside of work, Duncan enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, tailgating at UL games, cooking, and hanging out with his friends and girlfriend.
We're glad to have Duncan as part of the CCI team and look forward to seeing him continue to grow in his career!

This week we’re highlighting Terrance, our Leadman of Assembly in the Spacers department, who has been part of the CCI team for the past 15 years.
Terrance says he first came to CCI while doing his best to provide for his two children as a single father. Fifteen years later, his dedication and hard work have helped him grow into a leadership role on the team!
According to Terrance, the keys to success are strong communication, being open to constructive feedback, and always having a willingness to learn. His personal motto is simple: "Work or go home."
After a long day, Terrance enjoys an hour of peace and quiet or spending time cutting the grass to unwind.
When he's not at work, you'll most likely find him fishing, tackling home renovation projects, or enjoying the outdoors.
We're proud to have Terrance as part of the CCI team and appreciate the leadership, work ethic, and experience he brings every day!
