This week we’re highlighting Katherine, our Accounting Manager, who has been part of the CCI team for the past 8 years! Katherine discovered her passion for accounting early in her career and says she feels fortunate to have found a field she truly enjoys. She’s also grateful for the opportunities CCI has provided and looks forward to being part of the team for many more years.

One of Katherine’s favorite parts of her role is that every day brings a new mix of challenges and responsibilities. She enjoys working with different teams across the company, helping solve problems, and knowing that her work contributes to CCI’s success. One thing some coworkers may not know is that she considers it a great day when everything balances without a mystery adjustment.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and making the most of new experiences! Her friends would also tell you she’s the funniest person they know—and she’s not about to argue with them!

This week we’re highlighting Dwight, a Welder in our Pipe Support department who has been part of the CCI team for the past two years.
Dwight is from Lafayette and discovered his interest in welding while working in construction and seeing welders on job sites. Believing it was something he could do, he enrolled at SLCC, learned the trade, and has been building his skills ever since.
One thing some coworkers may not know about Dwight is that he hopes to try stand-up comedy one day!
Looking ahead, he also has a passion for helping others learn. In the next five years, Dwight hopes to teach welding at a trade school and pass along the knowledge and experience that was shared with him by his own welding instructor.
We’re proud to have Dwight as part of the CCI team and appreciate the hard work and dedication he brings to his craft each day!

We are excited to announce that we cut the ribbon on our newest building! We now have over 30% additional manufacturing space allowing us to continue growing our line of products available to our customers. We have been proud to protect your infrastructure since 1995 and look forward to offering many more solutions in the years to come!

This week we’re highlighting Travis, head of our Poly Spacers department. Originally from South Carolina, Travis now lives in Opelousas with his family. His journey to CCI started after the company was recommended to him by another employee — and 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, he’s still an important part of the team!
Outside of work, Travis enjoys watching basketball and spending quality time with his family and five grandchildren. When asked where he sees himself in the next five years, Travis joked that he’ll “still be working” — a response that speaks to the dedication and strong work ethic he’s brought to CCI over the years.

This week we’re highlighting Billy, our Purchasing/ISO Coordinator. Billy grew up in Carencro, Louisiana, and has worked in several different roles throughout his career at CCI, starting in Inside Sales before moving into Shipping & Receiving, Production Supervisor, and now Purchasing. His experience across multiple areas of the company has given him a strong understanding of the work we do here and the people behind it! Billy says one of his favorite things about working at CCI is the family atmosphere and the friendly people throughout the company. Whether it’s work-related or personal, he enjoys being able to connect with just about anyone around the shop and office!
Outside of work, Billy enjoys watching football, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
