From wreck to road-ready. Here's how we brought this RV back to life. 🚌
When this motorhome rolled into Highway 18 Collision Center, the rear fiberglass panels were blown out — insulation exposed, structure compromised. Not a simple fix.
Here's how we did it, start to finish:
📸 Photo 1 — The Damage: Major collision impact to the rear corner. Fiberglass cracked and torn away, exposing the insulation underneath.
📸 Photo 2 — More Damage: A closer look at the extent of the structural damage — broken fiberglass, frayed edges, and a destroyed marker light housing.
📸 Photo 3 — Fiberglass Repair Underway: New fiberglass laid in, shaped, and prepped. The hard work before the paint even starts.
📸 Photo 4 — In the Booth: Base coats going down in our paint booth. Matching a full multi-tone graphic wrap is no small task.
📸 Photo 5 — Paint Prep: Sealed up and ready for the final color coats. Every line masked perfectly.
📸 Photo 6 — Finished: Back out of the booth — the original brown, cream, and red graphic design fully restored. Even refinished the roof ladder in gloss black.
This is the kind of work most shops turn away. We don't. If your RV, camper, or motorhome took a hit, give us a call.
