Stephen Colbert and the entire The Late Show with Stephen Colbert community just did something extraordinary.

$2.5 million raised for WCK.

Let us put that into perspective:

$2.5 million means 500,000 meals delivered to families impacted by disaster at a moment when a hot, nourishing plate of food is one less thing to worry about.

That is 500,000 servings of hope. And every single one of them carries the fingerprints of this community.

Stephen has never been a passive supporter. He believes—genuinely and consistently—that when disaster strikes, the response cannot wait. That belief has shown up for WCK again and again, and it has meant the world to the families we serve.

To everyone who donated, who shared, who watched and gave: you are part of this mission now. The meals you funded will reach people during the darkest moments of their lives—after wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes, and crises we cannot yet predict. And when they do, they will carry with them something more than food.

They will carry proof that people who have never met them chose to show up anyway.
