Hi! Welcome to my page. I wanted to introduce myself and share a recap of my services that I’m passionate about.
ABOUT ME:
I’m Dawn, I was born and raised in the heart of the city of Toronto, Canada.
I recently moved to South Florida, where I have taken my talents with me. I spent many years in the fashion business. I have been involved in most aspects of the retail business from sales to buying to merchandising for a few of the most popular chains in Canada.
After raising my 3 boys, I was able to try my hand at my own venture. I decided to leverage the skills I had been developing all my life and pivot my focus to Love It or Leave It.
MY MANTRA:
If we were shopping right now, would we “LOVE IT” enough to buy it? If the answer is no, then “LEAVE IT!”
After living in Florida and realizing the gaps in services needed, my business has fully evolved to meet the needs of the community. As a result, Love It or Leave It has evolved into a full-service Relocation Concierge.
MOVING IN:
Moving in or out of Florida either permanently or seasonally? I can help you or your parent(s)!
- Arrival preparation
- Full unpacking & organization services
- Acting as “local daughter” for my clients
MOVING OUT:
For permanent relocation/move-out, services would include…
- Cataloguing and photographing of all items
- Coordination of all contents to be removed into any siblings’/family’s possession or to be sold/donated/auctioned including arranging vendors and negotiating pricing including customs clearance in Canada
- Sale of any additional remains to top tier auction houses, resale shops, antique shops, or appropriate consignment shops and disposal if necessary
- Return any leased items such as cable boxes, modems etc.
- On-site supervision of all contractors/movers no matter the time or day
- Constant communication with owners and families and reconciliations of all items and revenue generated
