I haven't posted much here as of late due to a rather busy schedule and the fact that most items are sold before they ever leave the bench in the shop. That being said here are a couple of pieces that just recently went out or will be going out in the next couple of days. First up is a batch of straight razors that will be available form Jenny Slover (Handmaids Handmade Soap) at the event in Camden SC this weekend. The other is a mid to late 17th century French Military Matchlocks that will be headed to Wisconsin in the next couple of days. One more large batch of late 18th century French goods to head out and I will get back to some more stock from me. Hopefully to go up in the next week or so. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

After an extremely busy autumn I was finally able to finish up a few goodies just in time for last minute Christmas items or if you want to get yourself a Holiday gift. Everything with the exception of the boucherons that aren't pictured with sheathes are ready to ship, the boucherons that are still without sheathes will be ready to head out the middle of next week once the sheathes are formed and dry. Of you get in touch with me before Monday I can either leave the sheath natural colored or vinegroon dyed (a period black dye), after Monday the sheathes may be either Natural or vinegroon dyed.
Prices on the items are;
Boucherons $95
Boxwood handled Boucheron $115
Folders $85
Antler handled knife $130
Razor $155
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping by priority mail to a US address. If headed outside of the US shipping would generally be about another $5-$7. I will add some descriptions below each picture. Thanks for looking.

Latest build all but finished up. 54 caliber smoothbore with a 36 inch barrel with a nicely figured walnut stock. The gun that it is based on was a Dutch piece from 1610-1630. Took it out to test fire today and upon getting to the range figured out that the ball I brought with me were .570 rather than .530. Did run a charge of shot out of it though and it went bang just like it was supposed to. Need to cast up some ball this evening and I'll head back out tomorrow afternoon sometime.
