Boyne Watersports Luxury Boat Rentals is now accepting applications for one of the best summer jobs in Northern Michigan!
Spend your summer soaking up the sun and staying cool in the Lake Charlevoix breeze while managing a fleet of luxury watercraft. You’ll become an expert instructor, helping guests safely enjoy waverunners, pontoons, tritoons, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks.
Enjoy daily opportunities to drive boats and waverunners to the nearby gas dock, and work with a great team to clean and prep our fleet for customers. You’ll be outdoors all day in our open-air marina “office” in Boyne City, complete with million-dollar views and one-of-a-kind perks—like tubing and boating adventures with the team!
Now Hiring for the Following Positions:

• Instruct customers on safe watercraft operation
• Drive boats and waverunners to/from the gas dock
• Clean, detail, and maintain luxury boats
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and neat

OFFICE STAFF (KIOSK)
• Answer phone calls and assist customers
• Make reservations using online software
• Check in guests and manage electronic rental forms
• Must be organized, comfortable with groups, and professional

Note: All team members will be expected to perform both Dock and Office duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. When applying, please select the position you’re most qualified for, but expect a variety of responsibilities throughout the season.
We’re looking for friendly, professional individuals with strong leadership skills. Boating or office experience is a plus, but we’ll train qualified candidates.
Full-time positions available now through September

Boyne Watersports Luxury Boat Rentals is now accepting applications for the best summer job in Northern Michigan!
Soak up the sun and stay cool in the Lake Charlevoix breeze as you manage a fleet of luxury boats.
Become an expert instructor showing our customers how to operate jet skis, pontoons, tritoons, stand up paddle/pedal boards, and kayaks.
Enjoy driving boats and jet skis daily as they are taken to the neighboring gas dock for fuel! Work with a great team cleaning/prepping boats for customers.
You will be working outside in an open air office with million dollar views at our marina in Boyne City. This job comes with unique benefits such as team member tubing and boating adventures.
Positions available:
DOCK HAND
-Instruct customers how to operate the watercraft

Team members are expected to perform both Dock & Office duties as needed for smooth operations. When filling out an application, please select the position you feel most qualified for, but assume you'll be performing both positions throughout the Summer season.
If you're professional and have leadership skills then we encourage you to apply. Boating/office experience is preferred, but we will train qualified applicants.
Full time positions will be available starting in May and we operate through September. We offer a mix of 8 hour and 12+ hour shifts throughout the week. Most shifts start at 7am and in the afternoon. Heat and sun guaranteed!

BRAND NEW for summer 2021! Hobie brand pedalboard rentals. Explore Lake Charlevoix on the easy to use pedalboard. You use your feet to propel yourself on the water. To steer you simply use your fingertips. We’re excited to rent these as we have seen some guests struggle when using our traditional stand up paddle boards.

Busy boat rental company in downtown Boyne City looking for office associates to assist with guest check in. Duties include answering phone, making reservations with online software and checking in guests with electronic rental forms. A qualified applicant MUST be able to handle a busy check in process with multiple groups and stay organized during the process. You'll also need to delegate jobs to dock staff as guests successfully check in with the office staff. Phone and reservation experience preferred but not required. We experience high call volumes and we must help every guest. Its a MUST to be able to handle the moments of heavy work load and maintain a great attitude with a smile on you face! Must be 18 or older.

It was a beautiful Sunday for a luxury boat rental during summer 2019. The Rayes family and friends enjoyed the new bronze tritoon and went for a cruise around Lake Charlevoix in style. We believe this was the highlight of their trip!
