Since 2022, we’ve had the joy of spending time each year up in the Lofoten Islands of Norway. And every trip, we’ve made time to camp outside. We never regret it.

If you plan on camping in the Lofoten Islands (or anywhere in Norway), be sure to familiarize yourself with the guidelines of the right to roam, as well as the principles of leave no trace.

We’re heading to Lofoten next week, but sadly, a tent won’t be coming with us. On the next trip, for sure, though!

With the help of our community, we’re excited to sponsor the Wilderness First Responder training for two guides on Mt. Kilimanjaro this season!

We both have held this same certification for many years and really believe in the importance of this education for outdoor guides. In a remote setting like Kili, it could truly save a life (or many lives).

2024 took us to Norway, France, Italy, and Tanzania with groups of incredible folks! We couldn’t have had such an adventurous year without you guys. Thank you for your commitment to long flights, long days on the trail, long group dinners, long sits in the sauna, and long-lasting friendships. ☺️

Jambo from Tanzania! Here we are at Uhuru Peak, the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro 🗻 is it obvious that we all can feel the altitude? 🤪

Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve experienced so much more than just the summit of this amazing mountain. But it was certainly a moment worth sharing. There is so much to process from this group trip and we feel so grateful. We’ll share more photos from our experience in the coming weeks!
