This job is in Borger, Tx
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers, answering telephones, managing email correspondence.
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping tasks.
Create documents, maintain databases and send memos and emails as needed.
Preparing or processing invoices and statements.
Dispatching and coordination of trash truck drivers/routes.
Renting U-Haul trucks/trailers and storage units.
This will be a full time position with hours as follows:
Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Every other Saturday 8 am to 12 pm
Requirements:
Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening as well as proper phone etiquette.
Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning.
Customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet and email software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to hook up a trailer. (Preferred but we can teach you.)
Salary is between $400 - $600 per week depending on experience.

Information for the Auction this Saturday

Saturday will be here before we know it and as Borger hasn’t had one of these in a long time, if ever, there are lots of questions. I will do my best to put some more information out there.
Parking is going to be a big deal. At the office facility and Florida Street facility please park in the side residential streets. At the Fairlanes facility park along the highway. DO NOT PARK INSIDE THE FACILITIES.

Folks need to be registered for this auction. This registration doesn’t cost anything. All we are asking is that you sign in with your name, a signature and a phone number. This will let us know who is serious about bidding and that we have given you a copy of the auction rules, hit the bullet points of other info, and make sure you know where to park.

As of now you can speak to Yolanda at the office at 810 South Main Street in Borger, Texas to get register and get a copy of these auction rules. Please sign the sheet that she has.
So, at 8:00 AM we will be there with a table in front of the office accepting sign ins, handing out information packets, and answering any questions.

At 9:00 AM we will all move over the unit 225, I will open it, and we will begin letting the potential bidders view the unit. After a sufficient period of time the auction will begin.

When the auction is won payment must be made within 30 minutes of the auction ending. The payment will include sales tax and a refundable $20 cleaning deposit. Units must be broom clean before the deposit can be refunded.

This process will continue until all delinquent units are sold.
Sold units must be cleaned out by 5:00 PM that day or the contents will be considered to be abandoned.

If you think you will win a unit, please bring a lock to lock the unit so you can see about bidding on the next available unit. I will sell you a lock for $15.
