🚨 WARNING: THIS IS A SCAM! 🚨

If you get a text message like the one in this image claiming your USPS package cannot be delivered due to an "incorrect address" or "invalid zip code," DO NOT CLICK THE LINK. It is a trap to steal your personal information and credit card details.

Here are 3 quick tips to protect yourself from this delivery scam:

1. Check the Sender and the URL: The real U.S. Postal Service will never send you a text from a regular 10-digit phone number or an email address that doesn’t end in .gov. Look closely at the link in the image—fake domains like .top/track or .world/help are dead giveaways.

2. USPS Won't Text You Unsolicited: The postal service does not send tracking text messages unless you specifically registered for them online first and provided a specific tracking number. If you didn't ask for it, it's fake.

3. Track Directly at the Source: If you are genuinely expecting a package and are worried, completely ignore the text message. Instead, open your web browser, manually type in USPS.com, and paste your tracking number directly into their official search bar.
