Why are there so many women that are afraid to be alone? Why do you feel disconnected when you are alone?

Having time alone, having time to think, having time to recognize what feels good to you in life, what you value most, where you're headed, where you want to be!

No one else can tell you these things. No one can tell you what you truly want. No one can express your personal joy, values, strengths.

Because no one is you!

Do not be afraid of having alone time. Take that time and breathe in every bit of who you are. Then decide where to go from there. You will be happier.
