Listen up gentlemen!!

DUNCAN TRANSPORTATION SERVICE is
Looking for a long-term relationship… 🚛❤️

Age: Old enough to know what we’re doing
Height: Tall enough to see over the dash
Location: Wherever the load takes us

Love Language:
💰 Money
🛣️ Miles
📱 Communication
🔧 A driver who actually takes care of their truck

Green Flags: 🟢
✔️ Valid CDL
✔️ Good driving record
✔️ Shows up when they say they will
✔️ Knows how to secure a load
✔️ Takes pride in their equipment
✔️ Can read a BOL without calling dispatch 14 times
✔️ Wants to make money instead of excuses

Toxic Traits: 🚩
🚩 “I’ll be there in 10 minutes” = actually 45 minutes
🚩 No call, No shows
🚩 Leaves an empty fuel tank
🚩 “I forgot to get a POD.”
🚩 Thinks maintenance means adding oil when the light comes on

What We Bring to the Relationship:
❤️ Respect
💵 Competitive pay
🛣️ Plenty of miles
🚛 Good equipment
📞 Communication without micromanaging
🇺🇸 A lot of sight seeing !!

…and we promise not to ask, “Where are you?” every 15 minutes.

First Date Expectations:
You pick up the load.
You deliver it.
You get paid.

Honestly… it’s the healthiest relationship you’ve ever been in. 😂

Deal Breaker:
You say “I don’t like commitment” after we’ve already put you in the truck.

Looking For:
Someone who wants something long-term, knows how to work, and understands that “home every night” and “truck driver” don’t always belong in the same sentence. 😏

💬 Swipe RIGHT if you have your CDL and your work ethic matches it.

We want to take a moment to honor and remember a very special woman who was once the heart of our company.
Jessi 🩷🦋
Once known as Ben Brubaker Trucking,
Before Duncan Transportation Service became what it is today, she was the one behind the scenes running it and putting her time, heart, and hard work into it.
Although the company name changed, the foundation she helped build remains a part of who we are today.
She had an adventurous spirit, and a heart for living life to the fullest, and a way of leaving her mark on people!
Some people leave behind more than memories, they leave behind a light that continues to shine long after they’re gone. 🩵🤍🩵

Please cover her family in your prayers 🩷

🚛 COME DRIVE WITH DUNCAN TRANSPORTATION SERVICES 🚛

📍 Best fit for drivers local to Athens / Elberton, GA

We’re looking for an experienced OTR flatbed driver !

✔️ Pre-ELD truck
✔️ All outbound freight out of GA / NC / SC
✔️ Flatbed experience REQUIRED
✔️ Professional load securement skills
✔️ Clean MVR
✔️ Must understand OTR life if you don’t know what “over the road” means, this probably isn’t for you!

We’re a small company, not a mega carrier.
We don’t micromanage. If you need someone calling every 30 minutes asking where you are, this probably isn’t your place.

This is a tough job , even for a Marlboro Red kinda guy 😂 Some days are smooth sailing, some days are absolute chaos. Freight changes, weather happens, construction happens, tires blow, and plans shift. Being able to roll with it and keep moving matters here.

If you’re dependable, communicate well, and know how to get freight delivered safely and professionally, we’d like to talk. I promise we won’t sugar coat it for ya! If we sound any sort of Blunt it’s because we just rather not waste your time 🫠 Or ours, because realistically I truly think it’s like a birth right to be over the road, like your birth certificate came with a CDL, you gotta love it to enjoy it even in the midst of the long days, or the easy day. It’s the tough days only someone who truly loves doing it understands! - that’s my Ted talk your welcome 🙏🏻 🤗
