Today is 2yrs of business for BTC. SO as this day is coming to an end I am beyond blessed with 2 wonderful but stressful, overwhelming, sad, happy, mad, fun etc years of business. I have been blessed with some of the best clients. I have made so many mistakes along the way, some was because I am human, others were because I let pride, cockiness etc come over me. I have learned so much along the way as well. With all that I always showed up to clean and to make sure each job was BETTER THAN CLEAN when we left. To my past, present and future clients from this day forward I will be doing my best to work on what I know I need to change in order to make BTC improve as well as grow. I would like to apologize for any issues that you have experienced with BTC, whether it was due timing, not responding to text or messages or calls quick enough, unhappiness with the work we provided etc. I do try and make sure to go above and beyond most times and will continue to do that. I also have to THANK two of the most incredible, hard working employee's that any employer could imagine Carrie and Mark. You two have no idea how thankful I am for y'all. I don't deserve such amazing employees or clients but I am so thankful that I have you all. Thank you to my friend Pam for some behind the scenes things. Thank you everyone for two years and I am looking so forward to many more years.
